Concepts Magazine
Digital Image that won first place in the computer art portion
of the Golden Key National Honors Society art competition was
published in the 1999 - 2000 edition of Concepts Magazine.

Jewish Community Center Juried Art Exhibit

A photograph was exhibited at the Jewish Community Center.
The photograph was of one of the Holocaust Survivors, interviewed
during the Honors Project completed prior to receiving my BFA.

Spoke on a panel of four artists, dealing with the theme
of "Layers". During the talk I spoke of both the physical
and content based layers in my own work.

This job involves loading medium format backs, setting up
equipment, and organizing film and job files.

Freelance Photographer

Pictures were taken, scanned, and saved for Preferred Properties,
DK Enterprises, and Cherrywood Health Spa. The pictures were primarily
of architecture, construction equipment, and facilities for inclusion
on their websites. At times photographic enlargements were also provided
Photos are still currently being taken of various properties and
constuction sites.

Working as part of a team on the Art History Digital Slide Library
Project, for Bowling Green's Art History Department. The project is
being funded by a technology grant. Responsibilities include scanning,
color correcting, and uploading the department's slide library collection
of 100,000 slides onto a website that allows students to view and study
slides online.

The course was a digital imaging course in fine art, taught using the
most up to date version of Adobe Photoshop and other imaging software.
The emphasis of the class was on content and personal artistic
development of the students using the computer as an artistic tool.
Photoshop techniques,scanning, digital cameras, the history of digital art,
current issues, and digital artists were also discussed.
In the Spring, 2003 course an outside gallery show was organized for their
final projects.
