Titan AE, 20th Century Fox, U.S., April 9, (94 min)
In the late 1990's animation was huge because of the huge Disney blockbusters that came out earlier. This allowed for bigger budgets for new movies that were produced by a greater range of companies. At the same time Anime was beginning to become more popular with teenagers because they were more "Story-driven and violent" than American animations. To combat this America's 20th Century Fox company released Titan AE.
