Portfolio Review Dates for 2008-09
Below are five dates for official On-campus portfolio reviews. Portfolio approval is necessary to study as a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) student at the School of Art.
PLEASE NOTE: On-campus portfolio review days include Faculty Presentations, School of Art tours, and Arts Village tours. Times and specific details will be updated as they are made available.
Also, in Fall 2008, we may be in a city near you! Visit us at these National Portfolio Days for an official portfolio review or to receive valuable feedback on the development of your portfolio.
Or, you may choose to have an official Mail-in portfolio review. Submit slides, CDs, or DVDs only. Do not send original artwork. Include a corresponding portfolio inventory sheet that indicates the title, size, date, medium, and/or running time, file type, and software used. Label each tape, disc, and case with your name, address, and phone number. Do not send original artwork.
For Mail-in portfolio reviews only, to ensure delivery use FedEx, UPS, or DHL, all of which provide a tracking number. Input the tracking number on-line to see when the package arrived and who signed for it. Do not use certified mail.

Saturday, October 18, University Preview Day & Family Weekend
- 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Portfolio Reviews every half-hour
- Deadline for Transfer Students for admittance beginning Spring 2009 for the BFA degree program
Saturday, December 6, University Preview Day
- 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Portfolio Reviews every half-hour
- For Incoming Freshmen and Transfer Students for admittance beginning Fall 2009 for the BFA degree program
SPRING 2009

- 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Portfolio Reviews every half-hour
Monday, February 16, President's Day Open House
- 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Portfolio Reviews every half-hour
- 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Open Classes (specific classes to be determined)
Saturday, March 28
- 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Portfolio Reviews every half-hour
Portfolio Review Deadlines
